Here is a bread recipe I made today that is good enough to publish on my blog. I found a Four-Grain bread recipe and modified it (in red) accordingly for a small Japanese breadmaker and because I didn’t have some of the ingredients.
3/4 cup water (70 to 80 degrees F)
1/4 cup honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup bread flour
1/2 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons rye flour 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons cornmeal
1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal
1 2.5 teaspoon active dry yeast
Very nutty, sweet flavored bread…..
